Location: Khairatabad, Hyderabad, (U.S. Process - Night Shift) India - Onsite
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).

About the Role:
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across the United States. The ideal candidate understands the US hiring landscape, works comfortably with vendors, and can manage the full recruitment lifecycle with speed and accuracy. Full-time, night shift role for a driven recruiter with excellent communication. You'll work closely with the U.S. team to source, screen, and schedule candidates for various IT roles.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and full‑time roles in the US market.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal databases, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication ability, work authorization, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver high‑quality profiles within deadlines.
- Negotiate compensation, rate structures (C2C, W2, 1099), and employment terms with candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → submission → interview coordination → offer → onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and US hiring practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (bench sales experience is a plus if relevant).
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with time zones and ability to work US hours.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and major job boards.
