Position – ServiceNow Developer

Location – Remote

Work Timings – EST:

Hands-on experience with AI Agent Studio (not just theoretical — has actually built and deployed an agent).
Now Assist skill development — Virtual Agent Designer, GenAI skill configuration.
ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer.
Table API / REST API integration experience — building external connectors, not just consuming built-in ones.
Solid understanding of XSUAA-style OAuth/security patterns (or willingness to learn our existing SAP security model and mirror it).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent hands-on proof of skill.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or any agent-to-agent/tool-calling framework.
Prior work on governance, GRC, or compliance-related ServiceNow apps.
Experience publishing apps to the ServiceNow Store (knows the certification/publishing process firsthand).
SAP background (even basic) — helps them understand the cross-platform bridge work.
Startup/fast-shipping mentality — comfortable with ambiguous specs and rapid iteration, not enterprise-pace delivery.
